1. Proofing & Approvals
Ashlee’s Printing & Marketing is not responsible for errors (including spelling, color, or layout) once a proof has been approved by the customer. We strongly recommend a physical proof for color-critical projects.
2. Variable Data Accuracy
For mailing services and guest addressing, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the spreadsheet or database. We print the data exactly as it is supplied.
3. Payments & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of printing, all sales are final once production has begun. Payments are due according to the terms stated on your specific invoice.
4. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the total price of that specific order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or missing mailing deadlines due to late file submissions.
